Based on the success and strong interest from Korean doctors at 1st Seoul Conference of Excellence on Penile Prosthetic Surgery, this body lab was conducted with the purpose of providing basic knowledge of inflatable penile prosthesis surgery to urologists from Asia. Among the countries represented were Singapore, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, and the Middle East
After the training course, Dr. Park commented, “I was surprised by the strong interest and passion of the doctors in Singapore and Vietnam. I wish there could be additional courses held in Singapore and Vietnam for further communication with doctors around the region. Through these courses, I now wish that someday Korea could also serve as an education and training location in the field of inflatable penile implants”
